By day, I work a regular 9–5. But in the in-between moments? I’m showing up at the gym, rewriting limiting beliefs, chasing clarity, and designing a life that actually feels like mine.
Not perfect. But real, and intentional, and worth it.

For a long time, I thought I had to choose between being “disciplined” and being happy. Between taking care of my body and having time for what fills my soul. Between checking the boxes and actually living.

Now I know: you don’t have to choose. You can build a life that makes room for both strength and softness, hustle and rest, structure and spontaneity. That’s what I’m learning—and sharing—right here.
